Highlights include: Visit with the San Bushmen of the Kalahari; Etosha National Park with its massive salt pan lined with waterholes attracting abundant game; remote river beds through canyons and where game roams without fences; visit a remote small village pre-school we support; spend time with the dramatic Himba tribe of Koakoland (the least sparsely populated region of Namibia); vast open plains; the amazing prehistoric Welwitchia plants up to 2,000 years old; incredible geological landscapes; painted deserts; the Skeleton coast; and the highest free standing sand dunes in the world.

*Prices assume a minimum of 5 vehicles, maximum of 7 vehicles (plus support vehicles). 2021 prices to be confirmed in early 2020.

Arrival and departure transfers, vehicle hire (Hi-lux Dual Cab Manual 4x4 or similar), paper map, wildlife guide book, roof top tent, bedding, linen, towels, fridge, water tank, cooking and camping equipment, spare tyre, vehicle insurance (standard), two-way radio in vehicle, village visits to the Himba and San tribes, National Park entry fees at Sossusvlei, Palmwag game reserve entrance fees, firewood, camping (13 nights) and guest houses/hotels (5 nights), meals as per itinerary, support vehicle escort and staff.

EXCLUDED

Airfares return to Windhoek, Namibia, Fuel (approx. AUD850 per car or AUD425 per person), food other than listed in itinerary (approx. budget AUD425 per person), Etosha Park national park entry fee approx. AUD40 per person, any accommodation upgrades chosen, any vehicle upgrades chosen, optional activities, vehicle excess, beverages and alcohol (wine is approx. AUD10 per bottle, case of beer approx. AUD30), local tips, travel insurance (medical evacuation insurance highly recommended), visas (if required), vaccinations (if required), any other items of a personal nature and local tips.
